 All I have to do today is take my nutrition exam. I actually haven't studied much for it, but I'm not worried. It's nutrition for goddsake's. I read about this stuff as a hobby, and I'm a biology major. I'll update later about how I think I did.

I'm pleased with my weight this morning. I don't EVER want to be in the 140s again (I'm 5'6" by the way). That is just ridiculous. About two years ago I weighed 127 naturally, with some disordered eating present (some light binging/compulsive eating and some restriction, but mainly just going with the flow) and then I restricted down to 120-124 and maintained that effortlessly. And then I started binging for real, such as calling in for a large cheese bread from Hungry Howie's and buying 2 king size candy bars plus some like, Hostess cupcakes. So from this, I think 120-124 is a healthy weight for my body. But of course I eventually want to go lower, to around 110. When I'm 120-124 I'm a loose size 4, and I want to get into a comfortable size 2 (I'm going by my favorite jeans, Express Zelda jeggings)


Goal: 134 lbs by the time I go to New Jersey/NYC on October 5. Totally doable. Just gotta not binge.
